Our attorneys handle representation/decertification elections; lawsuits involving collective bargaining agreements; and strikes, picketing, walkouts, lockouts, secondary boycotts, consumer boycotts, and other job actions. We also defend employers in cases brought by union-sponsored pension or welfare plans for delinquent contributions or withdrawal liability, and we counsel employers on avoiding such liability.
