Terms of Use


These Terms of Use (“TOU”) apply to the website located at (the “Site”) owned and operated by Much Shelist, P.C. (“we,” “our,” “us”) however accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise. As used in these TOU, the terms “you” and “your” refer to the individual accessing the Site, and, as applicable, that individual’s employer or other entity on whose behalf that individual is acting.

The materials posted and available on the Site have been prepared by Much Shelist for informational purposes only. You should not use or construe the information as legal advice on any subject matter. You should not act upon this information without first obtaining legal or professional counsel based on your specific facts and circumstances from an attorney licensed in your state. Under applicable rules of professional conduct, the contents of this Site may be regarded as attorney advertising.

Neither receipt of this information nor sending an e-mail to any attorney or others at Much Shelist creates an attorney-client relationship. If you are not currently a client of Much Shelist, your e-mail or other communications may not be privileged and could possibly be disclosed to other persons.

By entering or using the Site you acknowledge and agree that anything you transmit to the Site or to Much Shelist through the Site will not be treated as confidential or proprietary, and all such material can be used by Much Shelist anywhere, anytime and for any reason. Information and communications will be treated as confidential only after you have retained Much Shelist as legal counsel and this relationship has been confirmed in writing.

The Site is intended for a general audience ages eighteen (18) years or older. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you are prohibited from using the Site.

The words MUCH SHELIST and other terms and logos as designated on the Site are trademarks of Much Shelist, P.C. Unless otherwise indicated, we own all right, title and interest in and to the materials comprising the Site, including its design, selection and arrangement. No portion of the Site, including but not limited to the text, audio, video or software, may be used or modified in any manner or for any purpose without the express, prior written permission of Much Shelist. You may make one copy of the content for non-commercial, personal use. All copies of any content must be authorized and shall display the original copyright notice, trademark legend, author attribution or other notice(s) placed on such content. You agree that you will not use any manual or automated software, devices or other processes (including but not limited to spiders, robots, scrapers, crawlers, avatars, data mining tools or the like) to “scrape” or download data from the Site (except that we grant the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy materials from the Site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but no caches or archives of such materials). Any reproduction, distribution, republication and/or re-transmission of materials from the Site is strictly prohibited except as expressly allowed hereunder or in writing by Much Shelist.

Downloading and Use of Materials

You assume full responsibility and risk for any damage resulting from your downloading or use of any information, software or other materials through the Site.

Internet Risks

You acknowledge and agree that electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, omissions, tampering and break-ins that, notwithstanding Much Shelist's implementation of reasonable security precautions, may occur. Much Shelist does not guarantee or warrant that any such events will not take place. You agree to follow all access and security procedures provided by Much Shelist and neither attempt nor aid or abet any other person to circumvent or interfere with these security procedures.


The Site and its contents are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Much Shelist makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the material on the Site is correct and up-to-date. Much Shelist, however, cannot guarantee, and makes no warranties or representations regarding, the accuracy or timeliness of material on the Site.

Although the Site may be linked to third-party and/or other sites, Much Shelist is not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, sponsorship, association, endorsement or affiliation with the linked site unless specifically stated otherwise by Much Shelist in writing. Much Shelist is not responsible for the content of pages owned or operated by any individual or organization other than Much Shelist.

Governing Law and Choice of Forum

These TOU will be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Illinois as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Illinois between Illinois residents, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Both parties agree that any claim or dispute between them must be resolved exclusively by a state or federal court located in Cook County, Illinois. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Cook County, Illinois for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes, and hereby waive all claims of forum non conveniens.


By entering the Site, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions stated in these TOU. If you do not agree to these TOU, you are prohibited from using the Site.

Changes to These TOU

We reserve the right to change these TOU as we deem reasonable and appropriate. Any changes to the TOU will apply as soon as they are posted and you visit the Site. The "last modified" date at the beginning of these TOU reflects the date of the most recent changes to them. We encourage you to check the "last modified" date whenever you visit the Site (or as often as you feel appropriate) to see whether or not changes have been made to these TOU. We may also from time to time in our sole discretion post notices on the Site if there have been what we deem to be material changes to these TOU.
