Anne represents health care providers and entities on litigation, transactional, licensing, administrative, and regulatory matters. She draws on her multifaceted experience to guide clients through residency disputes, unlawful termination and employment discrimination matters, business disputes, and whistleblower cases across the health care spectrum. Anne also works on medical staff, peer review, and insurance matters.

While at University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Anne was an honorary recipient of the Saks Institute for Mental Health Law, Policy, and Ethics Scholarship. She authored an article on the intersection of mental health and the law for the scholarship in an academic journal.

Additionally, Anne externed for the Honorable Dennis M. Perluss, Presiding Justice on the California Court of Appeal, 2nd District, Division 7. She also externed for the Honorable John A. Kronstadt, U.S. District Court Judge for the Central District of California.

Much More Than My Work

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, exercising, playing golf and tennis, playing guitar, and singing. I also enjoy going to the beach and spending time with my family and dogs.

Client Successes

  • In 2025, represented a physician in a lawsuit against the Regents of the University of California and returned a jury verdict of $7.5 million. The causes of action were for sexual and disability discrimination.
  • In 2022, represented a physician in a lawsuit against the Regents of the University of California and returned a jury verdict of $17 million. The causes of action were for sexual harassment and whistleblower protections.
