Much recently welcomed two new attorneys: Kristin Dunlap joined the firm’s Real Estate group, and Larry Feller joined the firm’s Corporate & Finance group.
Dunlap, a commercial real estate attorney, calls on more than two decades of experience to guide clients through complex transactions. Serving as a business-minded advisor to real estate owners, developers, and investors, Dunlap propels deals forward from conception to completion. Her work spans many property types, including retail and shopping centers, offices, condominiums and apartments, industrial buildings, and hotels.
Feller is an accomplished corporate lawyer who prides himself on working with the most entrepreneurial, shrewd, and successful businesspeople. With over 25 years of experience, he guides his clients through day-to-day business matters, strategic initiatives, and liquidity transactions. With a background in finance and accounting as well as experience navigating sale events, Feller leads his clients throughout the entire business life cycle. His work spans formation and capitalization, growth and expansion, and ultimate exit, all implemented with careful drafting and thoughtful financial, tax, and strategic planning considerations.
Dunlap and Feller have practiced law together for more than 25 years, partnering on a wide variety of corporate and real estate transactions. Collectively, the team advises businesses of all sizes across a broad range of industries, including financial services, hospitality and restaurants, consumer packaged goods, cannabis, private equity, and more.
“We could not be happier to have two smart, seasoned attorneys like Kristin and Larry on Team Much,” said Managing Partner Courtney Mayster. “Their history of teamwork aligns perfectly with our firm’s core values, and their complementary skillsets will not only allow them to work well with two of Much’s highly collaborative practice groups but also effectively communicate with, advocate for, and serve our clients.”
