Much Announces Changes to Practice Leadership

For the first time in three years, Much’s entire team of attorneys gathered in person, spending the day planning for the future and announcing new practice leadership.

“Getting everyone under the same roof was so energizing,” said Co-Chairman Mitchell Roth. “Our flexible work policies have been incredibly successful, but we know our culture is strongest when we’re together. As we head into the post-pandemic world, we’ll look to our new leaders to preserve and enhance Much’s commitment to growth, collaboration, and client service.”

Elevations in practice group leadership included:

  • Real Estate: Nader Ghosheh was elevated to chair and Max Kanter was named vice chair of the Real Estate group. Nader advises purchasers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on all aspects of commercial real estate. Max focuses on retail, office, hospitality, and industrial leasing for landlords and tenants as well as the purchase and sale of real estate across asset classes.
  • Commercial Litigation: Jason Rosenthal was elevated to chair and Laya Dogmetchi was named vice chair of the Commercial Litigation group. Jason is an accomplished business litigator who also represents corporate policyholders in a wide range of insurance coverage disputes. Laya is an experienced litigator, trial lawyer, and advisor, whose practice focuses on general and complex civil litigation matters in almost every facet of the business world, including business torts, contract disputes, partnership disputes, infringement lawsuits, and employment disputes.
  • Labor & Employment: Camille Khodadad was elevated to chair and Matt Feery was named vice chair of the Labor & Employment group. Camille is an experienced advisor who counsels clients on all aspects of employment law as well as litigates and manages complex cases in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Matt partners with employers to advise on legal and practical strategies and solutions in all facets of federal, state, and local employment laws.
