She regularly represents clients before a broad range of administrative agencies, including the Illinois Human Rights Commission, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Office of Civil Rights and the Department of Labor. In addition to her active litigation practice, Camille helps clients develop and implement innovative, effective litigation-avoidance strategies. She counsels clients on a broad range of employment issues, including employee discipline, employment termination, handbook policies, employment agreements, wage and hour compliance, workplace investigations and leaves of absence. She also conducts training programs on harassment, discrimination, the Family and Medical Leave Act and other employment-related topics.

In addition to her employment law practice, Camille handles traditional union issues.  She represents employers in arbitrations and grievances arising under collective bargaining agreements. She also defends unfair labor practice charges filed against employers with the National Labor Relations Board.

Camille has significant experience defending national and international aviation clients in a wide range of matters including product liability claims, and provides industry-focused advice on risk management and loss prevention. She counsels corporate aviation departments and aviation operators on emergency response planning. When an incident occurs, Camille plays a key role in executing the client’s response plan, advising the client during the FAA and/or National Transportation Safety Board investigation, and handles related litigation. Additionally, she is recognized as an authority on the criminalization of aviation accidents and the legal implications of drones. Inspired by her work with professionals across the industry, Camille is in the process of obtaining her private pilot’s license.
