She regularly represents clients before a broad range of administrative agencies, including the Illinois Human Rights Commission, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Office of Civil Rights and the Department of Labor. She counsels clients on a broad range of employment issues, including employee discipline, employment termination, handbook policies, employment agreements, wage and hour compliance, workplace investigations and leaves of absence. She also conducts training programs on harassment, discrimination, the Family and Medical Leave Act and other employment-related topics.
