John is a corporate attorney who focuses on commercial transactions. He works on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate formation for businesses in a variety of industries, including health care, real estate, and technology.

Clients rely on John to guide them through public and private asset-backed financings as well as to draft offering documents, core transaction documents, and legal opinions. John also performs due diligence review of contracts and other corporate documents.

Prior to joining Much, John worked at a Chicago-based law firm, where he advised on transactions primarily involving real estate acquisitions and operations transfers of health care facilities.
