Much corporate and M&A attorney Reid Fulkerson will join a panel for law school students hosted by Loyola University Chicago School of Law on October 21. He will join two other Chicago, Illinois-based attorneys for a discussion on career paths, practical skills used in day-to-day practice as transactional attorneys, cross-selling between practice groups at full-service firms, and professional development.
Fulkerson is an associate in Much’s Corporate & Finance group, where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters for closely held businesses.
