Neville brings more than 15 years of experience helping clients navigate the vast legal landscape of the health care industry. Businesses spanning the full continuum of care – from providers and payors to pharmacies and drug and device manufacturers – rely on her smart, sophisticated counsel.
At Much, Neville focuses her practice on the drug and pharmacy industry. She advises retail pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, prescription management companies, pharmacy technology companies, digital health companies, and wholesale distributors on everything from product development challenges to day-to-day operational questions. Neville also has a keen understanding of licensing, transactional, and corporate compliance and accountability issues.
Neville brings experience guiding clients through regulatory compliance with the myriad federal and state laws governing the health care industry. She has a sharp knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as well as Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) laws, including the Stark Law, the False Claims Act (FCA), and the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS).
