Much is pleased to announce that Abby Peabody has joined the firm as an associate in the Commercial Litigation group.
Peabody focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. Clients rely on her to guide them through disputes and provide smart, practical solutions that consider both the legal and the business perspectives. Well-versed in all phases of litigation, Peabody drafts pleadings, directs discovery, prepares for and conducts depositions, and researches and drafts dispositive motions. She is experienced at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts.
While her practice covers myriad industries, Peabody has particular experience counseling clients in the construction field. She has represented developers, contractors, and design professionals on a variety of large and small construction matters, including highly complex delay impact claims, errors and omissions and design professional negligence claims, faulty workmanship claims, breach of contract claims, and bond and mechanics lien claims.
Prior to joining Much, Peabody was an associate at Brennan Manna Diamond in Cleveland, Ohio. She earned her J.D. at Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.A. at Elon University.
