Much represented BRANDITO and Monroe Street Partners in the acquisition of Inkwell Global Marketing, a full-service promotional merchandise agency based in Manalapan, New Jersey.
Andrew Silver, principal in Much’s Corporate & Finance group, led the purchase on behalf of Monroe Street Partners. A multidisciplinary team of attorneys assisted in the transaction, including David Alman, Rebecca Kanter, Steve Schwartz, Julia Turk, Andy Hutchinson, Elizabeth Richert, Matt Feery, Eric Genin, and Adam Sacharoff, with support from paralegal Karla Saldivar.
