Much Guides Hensel Recycling in Acquisition of Red Fox Resources

Much represented Hensel Recycling North America in connection with its acquisition of Red Fox Resources, a precious metals recycling company located in Oakland, California. Hensel Recycling North America, the U.S. subsidiary of Germany-based Hensel Recycling Group, serves as one of the leading domestic providers in the recycling of materials containing precious metals. The company’s acquisition of Red Fox Resources further strengthens its material portfolio and overall position in the U.S. and North American markets.

Much principals Andrew Silver and Steve Schwartz counseled Hensel Recycling throughout the transaction, along with support from Jeffrey London, Reid Fulkerson, Ed Walsh, and Jordan Plummer.

“Securing the partnership between Hensel Recycling and Red Fox is integral to our client’s expansion and its geographic presence on the West Coast and beyond,” Silver said. “We’re delighted to be part of the confluence of two great companies with complementary core values and a shared vision to transform the recycling industry.”

The acquisition, which officially closed on February 23, 2024, underscores Hensel Recycling’s efforts to expand its services, enhance its processing capabilities, and take advantage of new technical experience for the recycling of precious metal-bearing materials.
