Much is proud to announce that Andrew Silver has been elevated to equity principal, a milestone that recognizes years of dedication from one of our firm’s trusted Corporate & Finance attorneys.
“I am honored to be an equity principal at Much,” said Silver. “This firm has invested in me from the beginning. I want to spend the next chapter of my career returning that investment in our clients, colleagues, and the future we’re shaping together.”
Silver, who was elevated to income principal just three years ago, has grown a practice built on strong client relationships and sophisticated transactional work. Owners, executives, and principals at private equity funds and privately held enterprises rely on him to navigate both buy-side and sell-side deals.
“Andrew embodies Much’s high standard for client service,” said Co-Chairman Mitchell Roth. “On every transaction, Andrew tirelessly advocates for our clients and is completely locked in on what is the right solution for them. But what really distinguishes him is that he develops strong lasting relationships that don’t end when the transactions close. Our clients come back to him because he treats their businesses as if they were his own.”
Silver’s role at Much extends well beyond his legal work. He brings a forward-looking perspective that will help guide the firm’s next generation of leadership, having worked on strategic planning efforts and served as a mentor for junior attorneys.
“Andrew understands that a firm is only as strong as the people in it,” said Managing Partner Courtney Mayster. “He cares for his colleagues the same way he cares for his clients: genuinely, consistently, and with a long view. That is exactly the kind of quality we want in an equity principal.”
