Ilse is a corporate attorney who provides clients with comprehensive support throughout sophisticated transactions. Clients call on her for everything from conducting due diligence to drafting disclosure schedules to preparing closing documents and legal diligence memoranda. Ilse reviews contracts, corporate governance documents, and other materials relevant to acquisitions and financing transactions.

Prior to joining Much, Ilse gained valuable corporate and legal experience at businesses across the world. She worked for a political consulting firm in England and for a research center focused on economic development and sustainability in Costa Rica. Back in the states, she was a consultant at Oracle, where she handled project management and technology implementation in the consumer packaged goods space.

Early in her career, Ilse was a law clerk, working on real estate and title transactions at Fidelity National Title Group and serving in the Economic Stability Workgroup at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (LAFLA).

While at Notre Dame Law School, Ilse served as Executive Articles Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also worked with Notre Dame’s Special Education Law Clinic, serving families as they advocated for services and accommodations for children with disabilities.

Much More Than My Work

I volunteer with organizations across the United States and Latin America that focus on education, youth development, and access to justice. I have led service trips to Costa Rica and Nicaragua and worked with Feed My Starving Children, American Nicaraguan Foundation, and Asociación pro Niños Quemados (APROQUEN) on initiatives supporting children and families.

While living in Los Angeles, California, I volunteered with Centinela Youth Services, serving as a Spanish-language translator in mediations and restorative justice programs.
