Ella is a corporate attorney who focuses her practice on M&A transactions and corporate governance matters for privately held businesses.

Clients rely on Ella to assist with deals from start to finish, including conducting due diligence, drafting core transaction agreements and related disclosure schedules, and advising on post-closing integration and governance matters. She works closely with attorneys on Much’s Corporate & Finance team to understand both the business and legal needs of her clients, manage transactions efficiently, and ensure objectives are met.

Prior to joining Much, Ella practiced at a large law firm in Boston, Massachusetts, where she primarily advised clients on private equity transactions.
