Much More Than My Work

The wellbeing of animals and children is close to my heart, as both are deeply connected by fostering empathy. I believe teaching children kindness toward animals builds compassionate future generations and caring for animals instills responsibility, patience, and emotional intelligence. These were the fundamentals of my childhood and remain so today, reflected in the care I give my beloved Chihuahua, Bella.

Fitness and wellness are big parts of my life. I am always focused on long-term physical strength, mental clarity, and routines. These passions have boosted my energy, reduced anxiety, improved self-confidence, and fostered a sense of community with others through shared health goals. My love of fitness began as a child involved in dance, track, swim, basketball, and softball. As an adult, learning about nutrition and weight training came naturally to me.
