Aidan is a corporate attorney who focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as general business matters. In his M&A work, Aidan drafts legal diligence memoranda for acquisitions, develops transactional disclosure schedules, and conducts document and contract review. Regardless of the deal, both Aidan’s clients and colleagues count on him to help identify risk and support efficient, well-structured transactions.

In addition to his M&A practice, Aidan advises on general corporate and business matters. He drafts and reviews commercial and governance documents, including nondisclosure and supply agreements, and helps clients manage day-to-day legal needs.

Prior to joining Much, Aidan practiced at a Boston, Massachusetts-based law firm, where he worked on mergers and stock and asset acquisitions. He has experience conducting extensive due diligence reviews, drafting formation and organizational documents, and coordinating with in-house legal departments.

While in law school at Boston University, Aidan participated in moot court and worked as a legal research assistant.
