Much is pleased to announce that Reid Fulkerson has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate & Finance group.
Reid focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, corporate governance, and corporate formation for closely held businesses. He represents businesses and high-net-worth individuals in a variety of industries, including technology, energy, and manufacturing. Reid guides his clients in complex matters such as asset and equity sales, purchases, and redemptions.
Prior to joining Much, Reid was an associate at Huck Bouma, P.C. He earned his J.D. at the University of Notre Dame Law School and his B.S. in Finance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
