Neil Posner, chair of Much’s Insurance Policyholders’ group, and Bob Neiman, principal in Much’s Health Care group, will speak at the Federal Bar Association Chicago Chapter’s 2026 Annual Ethics Program on June 15.
Posner will give a presentation on mediation privilege from an ethics perspective, offering practical guidance for alternative dispute resolution. Neiman will participate on a panel titled, “Respecting the Rule of Law and the Limits of Advocacy,” where he will discuss the ethics and rule of law from a civil litigation perspective.
