Andrew Silver, principal in Much’s Corporate & Finance group, talked deal flow in Q3 and Q4 2025 in an interview with Mergers & Acquisitions.
He said, “There are some fund vintages that are continuing on for longer than expected as they try to achieve the expected return for their investors. This longer hold period has been one of several factors which has led to more aggressive buyer activity. What previously had caused some misalignment between buyers and sellers is now slowly starting to dissipate and thus opening the forum for dealmaking, particularly in the middle market.”
