
Overview
A keen analyst, trusted advisor and skilled negotiator, Patrick helps clients accomplish their business objectives while navigating transactional and legal issues associated with commercial real estate projects. He devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representing investors, developers, entrepreneurs and institutions in the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of industrial, office, health care, multifamily, self-storage, retail and mixed-use properties.
Patrick also represents lenders in extending or refinancing commercial real estate acquisition and construction and development loans and has significant experience representing clients in credit restructurings, loan workouts, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and distressed asset sales.
While in law school, Patrick served as a research assistant to Professor Spencer Weber Waller and as a judicial extern to Chief Judge Philip P. Simon in the Northern District of Indiana.

Patrick supports a variety of civic and charitable organizations. In his spare time, he also coaches youth soccer and t-ball and teaches religious education.
