
Overview
Marc utilizes his broad business and legal experience to represent clients in corporate transactions, financial and lending transactions, real estate transactions and commercial litigation. He also regularly advises construction companies, owners and architects on negotiating construction contracts and architectural services agreements, as well as related matters including mechanics lien enforcement.
Additionally, Marc is well-versed in the formation of private charitable foundations and has served as outside general counsel to the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago and its various affiliated charitable entities since 1995.
Following law school, Marc was a judicial law clerk for Judge David Linn of the Illinois Appellate Court, First District.
