Karla is a paralegal in Much’s Corporate & Finance group. She supports attorneys and clients with entity formations, foreign qualifications, and business dissolutions, as well as Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings.

Karla also assists with mergers and acquisitions, helping attorneys with due diligence and closing and post-closing matters. She also has experience handling blue sky analysis and filings to ensure regulatory compliance in corporate transactions.
