In addition to counseling, Alex has represented and defended employers in litigation in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies. He has experience in all aspects of client defense, including internal investigations, case analyses, strategy development, and execution. His litigation experience includes disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and restrictive covenants.

Alex also has experience advising employers on collective bargaining agreements, grievance procedures, and labor relations matters. He has assisted company management with negotiations, dispute resolution, and compliance with contractual obligations.
