Steve Blonder and Jason Rosenthal, principals in Much’s Commercial Litigation group, will attend the CPG Legal Forum from February 26-28 in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. The event, hosted by the Consumer Brands Association, brings together business leaders and legal professionals in the consumer packaged goods industry.
Blonder will speak at the “Tools of the Trade: Leveraging Theory for Practice with Standing, Primary Jurisdiction and Preemption” session, offering a detailed overview of recent litigation in the industry. Rosenthal will lead a roundtable on the challenges and obstacles to obtaining insurance coverage for class actions.
