Much is pleased to announce that Patrick Barnett has joined the firm as an associate in the Construction and Commercial Litigation groups.
Patrick's practice focuses on litigation in the construction industry, spanning commercial, contract, real estate, employment, and insurance defense matters in state and federal court. He drafts and argues dispositive and discovery motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss. He also takes and defends expert and evidence depositions, develops and manages complex discovery, handles witness preparation, and negotiates settlements and other pre-trial agreements.
Prior to joining Much, Patrick was an associate at Querrey & Harrow. He earned his J.D. at The John Marshall Law School and his B.S. at Grand Valley State University.
