Much Welcomes Dan Rosenberg to Chicago Construction Team
Senior Vice President and General Counsel for McHugh Construction Joins Chambers-Ranked Team
Much is pleased to announce that Dan Rosenberg, a leading construction attorney and longtime executive and general counsel for McHugh Enterprises Inc., has joined the firm. Dan will bring decades of experience and a valuable in-house perspective to Much's Chambers-ranked Construction practice.
"Dan is a tremendous addition to the Much team," said Josh Leavitt, co-chair of the firm's Construction group. "Our colleagues and our clients will benefit from his combination of legal and technical know-how and practical business insight. We have added another senior lawyer capable of both negotiating the most sophisticated of deals and leading a trial team if litigation proves necessary."
During his time at McHugh, Dan handled billions of dollars in construction, design, and development contracts for projects including the St. Regis Tower, Jane Byrne Interchange, and Hiltons at McCormick Place Hotels in Chicago. His role as senior vice president and general counsel offered a true 360-degree view of the construction and real estate business, from financings and transactions, to federal and state compliance matters, to labor negotiations, to litigation and dispute resolution.
"Much is a go-to firm for contractors, owners, and design professionals because the attorneys here understand what it takes to make a project successful," said Dan. "I'm excited to be part of such a high-caliber group and be able to help clients throughout the construction and real estate industries."
