Josh Leavitt, co-chair of the firm's Construction practice group, was quoted in a Construction Dive article that considers the ramifications of the Grenfell Tower tragedy in which a building in London burned for more than 24 hours, leading to approximately 80 fatalities in June 2017. Josh comments on what parties (including architects, engineers and others involved in the construction process) may be held liable when buildings falter.
