Neil Posner to Speak at 2024 ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar

Neil Posner, chair of Much’s Policyholders’ Insurance group, will moderate a panel at the American Bar Association’s annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE seminar, held March 6-9 in Tucson, Arizona. He will lead legal professionals from across the country in a discussion on the risks and ethical obligations surrounding data security and how law firms should engage with new technology, including ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence platforms.
