Neil Posner, chair of Much’s Policyholders’ Insurance group, will speak on a panel at the American Bar Association’s annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE seminar, held March 4-7 in Tucson, Arizona. He will join professionals from across the country for a discussion on using generative AI effectively and ethically in legal work.
The conversation will cover the benefits, risks, and ethical obligations that come with using AI tools, aimed at equipping lawyers, clients, and vendors with appropriate guardrails for using these tools as they continue to proliferate.
