Neil Posner Discusses the Role of Truth and Duty of Candor in Litigation

Neil Posner, chair of Much’s Policyholders’ Insurance group, will speak at the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section webinar, “It’s Only Puffing, Until It’s Unethical,” on October 12. He will discuss the role of truth and ethics in mediation and settlement negotiations and examine the dos and don’ts of the litigation process alongside co-panelist John Bonnie, an Atlanta-based litigation attorney.
