Ned Milenkovich, co-chair of Much’s Health Care group, was featured in a Pharmacy Times article on the implications of the federal government’s most favored nation (MFN) drug pricing initiative and its potential impacts on pharmacists and patients. He discussed how MFN could affect formulary management, reimbursement, and patient access to medications.
Milenkovich noted that it is critical for pharmacists to educate themselves, urging them to prepare practical counseling for patients with concerns about coverage changes. He said, “These initiatives could change what patients pay and how pharmacies operate.”
This article was the first in a two-part series on MFN developments in Pharmacy Times, both of which featured Milenkovich. Read Part 2 of the series.
