Much is pleased to welcome Maria Minor as the firm’s Director of Attorney Recruiting & Professional Development.
Maria brings over 20 years of legal experience to Much, having served in leadership roles focused on recruiting, retention, and professional development as well as culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She spent the first decade of her career as a litigator after graduating from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
At Much, Maria will lead attorney recruiting and professional development, supporting our people at every stage of their careers. On the recruiting side, she will connect with attorneys who are looking to find their professional home. She also leads Much University, designing and coordinating continuing legal education, career coaching, and leadership training programs for the firm.
