Maria leads attorney recruiting and professional development at Much, supporting our people at every stage of their careers.

On the recruiting side, Maria connects with attorneys who are looking to find their professional home, where they can be authentically themselves, where they are recognized for their contributions, and where they are proud of their colleagues and their work.

Additionally, Maria leads Much University, designing and coordinating continuing legal education programs for the firm. She also provides professional development, career coaching, and leadership training for attorneys at every level, from seasoned principals to new associates.

Prior to joining Much, Maria served in leadership roles focused on recruiting, retention, and professional development as well as culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She spent the first decade of her career as a litigator after graduating from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
