Much Supports Culinary Care at Annual Corporate Cook-Off

Much participated in Culinary Care’s Corporate Cook-Off on October 15 at Apolonia, a contemporary restaurant spotlighting international cuisine in the South Loop neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The event, inspired by the hit TV show Chopped, pairs corporate teams with top chefs in Chicago as they compete to prepare healthy and nutritious meals.

The Much team, including attorneys Ilse Brenner, Scott Fradin, Max Kanter, David Nightingale, Mollie O’Brien, Dan Rosenberg, Sean Wagner, and Michael Zalay, worked with Apolonia chef Stephen Gillanders to recreate his signature lobster dumpling dish. Over the course of two hours, the team worked to create the best version of the meal possible before putting it in front of a panel of judges. While Much’s dish didn’t take the victory, the team had a great afternoon of friendly competition supporting a fantastic cause.
