Josh Leavitt Discusses Contract Complexities in Construction Dive

Josh Leavitt, co-chair of the firm's Construction Law practice, was featured in a Construction Dive article that examines how construction contractors can use contracts to help protect their money during the course of a project. He noted that general contractors and subcontractors need to be aware of the enforceability of pay-when-paid and pay-if-paid clauses in their states, as well as related statutory requirements.
