Jonathan Friedland to Speak at ISBA’s Environmental Law Conference

Jonathan Friedland, principal in Much’s Restructuring, Insolvency & Special Situations group, will speak on a panel at the Illinois State Bar Association’s 22nd Annual Environmental Law Conference on May 9. The discussion will provide a basic understanding of bankruptcy law and how environmental liabilities can impact the goals of bankruptcy.
