Jonathan Friedland to Speak at Commercial Receivers Association Annual Conference

Jonathan Friedland, principal in Much’s Restructuring, Insolvency & Special Situations group, will speak on a panel at the Commercial Receivers Association’s Annual Conference, held August 18-21 in Palm Beach, Florida. The panel will cover the Uniform Law Commission’s standardized statutes on Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors.
