On February 21, Friedland joined the panel for "Advanced Bankruptcy Transactions / Purchasing Assets in Bankruptcy," covering the nuances of buying assets out of bankruptcy, including strategies for serving as a stalking horse bidder and negotiating asset purchase agreements.

On March 1, in "Corporate Risk Management / Cyber Risks: Every Business is Exposed Whether You Know it or Not," Friedland and fellow panelists provided practical advice on safeguarding businesses against today’s evolving cyberthreats, from ransomware to insider risks.

On March 6, Friedland contributed to "Board of Directors Boot Camp / The Effective Director," addressing how directors can meet the expectations of ownership and management to make meaningful contributions to company success.

Most recently, on April 9, Friedland participated in "Board of Directors Boot Camp / The Effective Board," focusing on building effective board practices, fostering engagement, and maximizing board member contributions.
