The Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) is hosting the event following the passage of an act that creates risky financial situations for contractors and subcontractors in Illinois, and Dan will discuss union contracts and best practices for working with the Illinois Department of Labor.
The ISBA is a voluntary organization composed of nearly 30,000 members with the goal of assisting Illinois lawyers in practicing law and shaping legislation.
