Dan Rosenberg Talks Heightened Construction Scrutiny in New York City

Dan Rosenberg, co-chair of Much’s Construction group, spoke with Construction Dive about expanded inspections and work stoppages following a structural failure at an office-to-residential conversion project in New York City, New York.

Rosenberg explained that while heightened scrutiny after a major incident is typical, the scale of this response is unusual. He cautioned that ongoing projects should expect slower progress and higher costs as inspections intensify.
