Dan Rosenberg Elected to Board of Directors of Chicagoland AGC

Much is proud to announce that Dan Rosenberg, principal in the firm’s Construction group, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Chicagoland Associated General Contractors (Chicagoland AGC). An accomplished construction attorney, Rosenberg will work with the board to advocate for the construction industry’s interests, oppose harmful legislation, support pro-business policies, and promote safe, inclusive work environments through education and labor relations. He will begin his two-year term in January 2026.

From litigation and dispute resolution, to contracts and joint ventures, to labor negotiations, to compliance and insurance coverage, Rosenberg offers clients a 360-degree view of the construction and real estate businesses. Prior to joining Much, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for McHugh Enterprises Inc., one of Illinois’ largest general contractors.

“This accomplishment is a testament to the tremendous respect Dan has earned across the construction industry,” said Scott Fradin and Josh Leavitt, co-chairs of Much’s Construction group. “His professionalism, integrity, and all-encompassing industry insight will make him an outstanding addition to the Chicagoland AGC Board of Directors.”

With this appointment, Rosenberg adds to his already deep involvement in the construction law community. He is an elected fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. He is also a member and previous president of the Society of Illinois Construction Attorneys.

Chicagoland AGC is a leading trade association serving the Chicagoland commercial construction industry, and its members include leading contractors, suppliers, and other construction-industry professionals.
