Much is proud to announce that Dan Rosenberg, principal in the firm’s Construction group, has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL). An accomplished attorney with decades of experience in the construction industry, Rosenberg will be a strong addition to this organization of lawyers recognized for their professionalism and high standard of ethical conduct in construction law.
From litigation and dispute resolution, to contracts and joint ventures, to labor negotiations, to compliance and insurance coverage, Rosenberg offers clients an all-encompassing view of the construction and real estate businesses. Prior to joining Much, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for McHugh Enterprises Inc., one of Illinois’ largest general contractors.
“I am very proud to join this outstanding group of construction attorneys,” Rosenberg said. “Since the early days of my career, I have been inspired by the work they do and the example they set for the construction law community.”
Josh Leavitt, co-chair of the firm’s Construction group, has been an ACCL Fellow for many years and currently serves on its Board of Governors.
“Dan will be a tremendous addition to the ACCL,” Leavitt said. “His 360-degree view of the construction industry is extraordinarily valuable to our clients and colleagues, and I know our ACCL Fellows will find his insight and collaboration immensely beneficial.”
Established in 1989, ACCL is an invitation-only organization of attorneys, professors, and former judges who are proficient in the practice or teaching of construction law and dispute resolution. ACCL’s mission is to improve and enhance the practice and understanding of construction law and to promote the positive role of construction lawyers.
