Dan Rosenberg Discusses Wage Theft in Construction Industry

Dan Rosenberg, principal in Much’s Construction group, spoke with Construction Dive about increased attention on wage theft in the construction industry from legislatures and enforcement agencies. Rosenberg explained how general contractors can avoid liability for wage theft, including properly hiring and managing subcontractors, as well as paying workers directly if they suspect wage theft.
