Dan Rosenberg Admitted to American College of Real Estate Lawyers

Much is delighted to announce that Dan Rosenberg, principal in the firm’s Construction and Real Estate groups, has been elected as a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) in 2023. ACREL is a national association of preeminent commercial real estate attorneys focused on exceptional service to clients, colleagues, and the profession at large.

Rosenberg is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience representing construction, design, and real estate clients in a wide range of matters. From financings and transactions, to federal and state compliance matters, to litigation and dispute resolution, clients rely on his industry knowledge and unique in-house perspective for their most challenging cases.

“I am honored to join this prestigious group and look forward to working together with fellow members to promote and serve the real estate industry,” Rosenberg said.

Founded in 1978, ACREL has grown from its 125 charter members to more than 1,000 prominent real estate lawyers practicing across 50 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands. ACREL's members include many of the most accomplished real estate lawyers in the country, as well as honorary fellows from academia and the judiciary. Its mission is to serve as a community of attorneys distinguished for their experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct, who will contribute to the accomplishments, achievements, and good fellowship of the College.

"ACREL is pleased to welcome Dan Rosenberg among our latest Fellows to become actively involved in its work," said ACREL President Ann Peldo Cargile.
