Much Construction attorneys Josh Leavitt and Dan Rosenberg will play key roles in Practising Law Institute's 2022 Construction Projects and Infrastructure program. The event will take place on July 15, and attendees are welcome to join virtually or live at PLI's New York office.
Josh, co-chair of Much's Construction group, is founder and co-chair of the event alongside Venable LLP's Heidi Hennig Rowe. He will lead a session titled "Structuring for Success: Collateral Agreements, Delivery System Strategy and Project Risk Alignment" that will cover front-end issues on infrastructure projects and more.
Dan, a principal in Much's Construction group, will lead a session titled "Contracting Strategy for Large Projects 2.0" that will cover how parties can better manage risk, traps for the unwary, insurance, and more.
