The Manufacturing Landscape: Opportunities, Hurdles and a Look Ahead

Much Shelist recently co-hosted a roundtable event titled “The Manufacturing Landscape: Opportunities, Hurdles and a Look Ahead” on Thursday, February 16 at the Doubletree by Hilton in Alsip, IL. Following a keynote address by J.M. “Jim” Schultz, CEO of the Illinois Business and Economic Development Corporation, our manufacturing industry guests participated in roundtable discussions where they had the opportunity to learn about the manufacturing landscape in Illinois, network with industry peers and ask questions about the issues that matter most to their businesses. Much Shelist was pleased to co-host this event with the Alliance for Industry and Manufacturing (AIM), Assurance Agency, BT Partners, Chicago Southland Economic Development Corporation (CSEDC), Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center (IMEC), Stratego Partners, Women in Manufacturing (WIM) and Wintrust.
