Josh Leavitt and Scott Fradin, co-chairs of the firm's Construction practice, will present at Practising Law Institute's Construction Projects and Infrastructure 2021 on May 13. Designed for attorneys in construction and development, contract procurement professionals, and government construction and infrastructure officers, the program covers finance, project management, ethics, and contracting.
A co-chair of the event, Josh co-designed the program. He will present at the session Advanced Delivery System Selection, which will explore integrated project delivery and more. Josh will also give the day’s opening remarks. Scott will present at the session Contracting Strategy for Large Projects, which includes risk shifting, risk management process improvements, insurance, and other topics.
