Micole Simis | Much Law

Micole calls on two decades of legal experience to advise clients on complex real estate matters, ranging from litigation and dispute resolution to purchases and sales.

Business owners, investors, landlords, and other key players turn to Micole to solve problems. He handles complex foreclosure litigation on behalf of real estate investors as well as landlord-tenant matters, including unlawful detainer actions, title insurance issues, and construction defect claims.

Over the course of his career, Micole has served as a member of countless trial teams. However, as a seasoned trial attorney, he knows that litigation is not always the answer. In fact, he works diligently to keep cases out of court by using creative approaches to achieve a client’s goals without the need for costly litigation.

Much More Than My Work

I love to introduce others to the outdoors through mountain biking, trail running, and hiking. I coach a high school mountain biking team and compete in endurance cross-country mountain bike racing events as well as an occasional 5K or 10K running event. Our family tries to road-trip to one or two National Parks per year to explore our beautiful landscapes and meet as many new and interesting people as we can along the way.
