In this role, he created and redesigned funds for three of the world's largest real estate managers, advising on geographic focus, property type, leverage ratio, and target returns and fees that best suited institutional investors and market demand.

Ian serves as co-chair of the Much Associates Committee.

Much More Than My Work

I am a board member of the Jewish Council for Youth Services, where I help oversee the agency’s operations and campaigns. JCYS’ mission is to provide educational and recreational programs for Chicagoland’s children and develop the next generation of Jewish civic leaders.

During the NBA season, I am likely standing in front of a TV, watching a Chicago Bulls game. I have been going to games since the days of Chicago Stadium and am confident this is the year we bring home our next championship.
